What products does AÏDÏ offer?
AÏDÏ brings together dog care, dog fragrances and accessories for walking and mealtimes. Each product page explains its use, format and available options.
Do AÏDÏ care products contain argan oil?
Products formulated with argan oil state this clearly on their product page. Always review the composition and directions for the specific product you choose.
How should I use a dog fragrance?
Shake the bottle and mist lightly from about 20 cm away, avoiding the eyes, nose and mucous membranes. The fragrance is for external use only.
How do I choose a collar size?
Measure around your dog’s neck without pulling tight and compare the measurement with the product options. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
How do I place an order?
Add your chosen products to the cart. The current cart records your selection; contact the AÏDÏ team to confirm availability, delivery and payment.
Where do you deliver and how long does it take?
Delivery in Morocco is free from 300 DH. Below this threshold, the fee and timing depend on the destination and are confirmed on WhatsApp.
Can I request an exchange or return?
Yes, but only for a defective product. Contact AÏDÏ within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order reference and a description of the defect. The product should be unused where possible, except for brief use needed to discover the defect. AÏDÏ arranges and pays for carrier pickup. You may choose an exchange or a refund, issued within 7 days of receiving and accepting the return.
How do I book grooming?
Appointments are arranged directly through WhatsApp or by phone. Tell us your animal’s breed or size and the service you need.
Where is the AÏDÏ studio?
The studio is at Erraounak, N438, Essaouira 44000, Morocco. Google Maps directions are available on the Contact and Grooming pages.
