Pickup

Pickup is arranged at the AÏDÏ studio, Erraounak, N438, Essaouira 44000, Morocco, after availability is confirmed.

OzonExpress delivery

Delivery in Morocco is free from a 300 MAD product subtotal. Below that, the published destination rate is shown at checkout. If no verified rate is available, request delivery on WhatsApp. AÏDÏ creates parcels manually after confirmation.

Returns and exchanges

Returns are accepted for defective products. Contact AÏDÏ within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order reference and a description of the defect. The product should be unused where possible; brief use needed to discover a defect does not prevent a request.

Collection and refunds

For an accepted return, AÏDÏ arranges carrier pickup and pays the return shipping cost, with no restocking fee. You may choose an exchange or a refund. Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving and accepting the returned product.
